This role is the front line of all prospects, clients, and customers. Your number one goal is sales, closely followed by partnering with marketing to build pipelines and creative ways to attract and engage prospective clients.

With your eyes and ears on the pulse of our prospects and clients, you hold the secret sauce to the needs of everyone. These needs are the driving force behind customer success and sales. As a robust and lean company, your role includes sales, marketing ideas, and health checks on our client’s success.

• Responsible for meeting new business sales goals
• Sales include consulting programs, online and in person
• Communicate prospect needs to drive the marketing strategy and potentially the deliverables
• Work with marketing to create sales funnels.
• Own the CRM database and processes
• Passion for client engagement, sales, follow-up, and client retention

• A background in high-end or service sales, customer service, and dental is a must!
• Online sales experience

We are a dynamic and cutting-edge national dental consulting company looking to bring in THE BEST Dental Consultant. If you like job variety, read on! Most of this position is consulting virtually, with some boots-on-the-ground training in offices nationwide. You’ll also take on curriculum development and special projects that will ensure Dental A Team continues to be cutting edge!

We will ONLY hire an individual within the state of AZ, and please note that we travel NATIONWIDE, so you will be required to travel out of state for offices. Do not apply if you can’t travel, aren’t open to travel, or don’t enjoy traveling with just a carry on luggage! If that sounds like you- read on. Travel for this position will be 1-2 times per quarter.

• Has a proven track record of exponentially growing dental practices
• Has been an office manager, biller, TX coordinator, and scheduler- like you get it and can do it all. Not in theory but have experience in all of it!
• Has created and directed leadership teams
• Can lead teams and dentists by their KPIs
• Is goal driven 
• Can coach dentists to become leaders
• Can lead and manage team meetings and one on ones
• Has experience in billing, running AR reports, adjustments, claims, etc.
• Has Increased team morale
• Can increase TX acceptance
• Can convince people to change - that is the real challenge of consulting!
• Have trained teams successfully
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in curriculum development
