Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives.
• Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
• Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed.
• Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability.
• Mentor dental teams by providing constructive feedback and motivational support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the dental consultancy field.
• Handle multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dental business consultant.
• Strong understanding of dental office processes and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and ready to bring fun into your work.
• Innovative, adaptable, and able to pivot on a dime.
• Driven by personal and professional growth.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be located in Arizona or Texas or willing to relocate.
